Let’s talk about the NFL season so far we have seen some awesome out of nowhere teams such as the Colts and some teams like Jets who have been an embarrassment to the league.
The Colts who have been a lost cause are turning things around. They currently have the best record in the NFL and are led by Daniel Jones and Jonthan Taylor. They have the best record in the NFL posting a 6-1 record and having little to know about bad plays so far this season and leaving ourselves asking Jonathen Taylor for MVP.
On the other side of the league we look at the Jets who have been a disgrace to the game. They have not been able to put together passes, runs or even any confidence in their game at all. With a quarterback that can’t throw the ball the Jets are a scratch off this season.
Now looking at the comeback team we have the Chiefs. The Chiefs who started the season under 500 are pushing to get back to the top. They now have all their wide revivers back and Patrick Mahomes is starting to play well.
The team that has fallen off a cliff has to be the Chargers. At the beginning of the season they put up big win after big win but lately they have been slumping and not playing well at all. They have had trouble with their quarterback and injuries with their running back.
Now time for hanging on by a thread. The Steelers are the clear and obvious pick. They have had lots of close calls and are 4-2 heading into the hardest part of their schedule. The thing that they have going for them is Aaron Rodgers who has been nothing short of awesome being the Steelers best player on offense at 40 years old fighting every single week to give them wins. The Steelers defense though who is the highest paid in the league has been shredded week in and week out not being able to put up any stops against good offensive teams.
The Packers who have been an\ interesting team this season may have just got a little bit more interesting. The Packers traded for one of the best defensive players in all of football this offseason. This brought their expectations for the season way up. Although they made this trade they haven’t made too much of a leap being an above average team and having to fight it out in every game. They need to hope for Jordan Love to become the quarterback they have always wanted. He has the wide receivers to do it is just a matter of how far he will push himself to become an elite quarterback and lead him and his team to many hard fought victories.
The Buffalo Bills have crashed and burned so far this season. Coming into the season as one of the favorites for the Super Bowl they have just been an average team. They are right around 500 at this point in the season but it feels worse as they struggle to get their footing in their own division. The good news for them is they have one of the best quarterbacks in the league and can turn their season around in an instant. But as currently they don’t control their own destiny and have to hope that the Patriots lose a few games and they can win out.
That brings us to our next team the Patriots, who have been nothing short of awesome. They can not be beat and week in and week out beat heavy hitters. Drake Maye who is now in his second year looks like a MVP has led them on this run. They don’t have many big names but have the work and determination of a super bowl team.
Finishing this article up we look at the Eagles. They have been a team with many red flags around them so far this season. They have dropped a few games after looking dominant last year. Jalen Hurts as of late has looked better but the real question is how they will hold up after making a deep run last year and having less rest than the rest of the NFL. As Gary an avid NFL fan said “The Eagles are so close to being awesome they just need to put all the pieces together and go win it. This was Alex with NFL Midseason Review.
