The Warner Bros Studio Tour is located in Hollywood, where it takes customers on a journey behind the scenes of popular television sets such as Gilmore Girls, Harry Potter, Young Sheldon, Abbott Elementary, Pretty little liars, Friends, East of Eden, Big Bang Theory, and DC Superheroes and Super Villians. There are different tours that can be purchased like the regular Studio Tour which costs $73, TCM Classic Films Tour which prices at $95, Studio Tour Plus which is from $160, and finally the Deluxe Tour which is from $330. The tour was created by Warner Brothers, Sam, Harry, Jack, and Albert who wanted to make great creations happen. The tour first started on the 24th of June 1973, releasing its doors to memories of each show or movie. The Studio Tour gives such a magical experience like your stepping into the sets.

The tour has different times to choose from to go at, the rush hours are between 1:00-6:00 on the weekends. I recommend going before 12:00 to avoid traffic, as well as always getting there at least 30 minutes before to find parking and to check in. Once we arrived at the tour set, we got checked in and went to the store they had inside which had merchandise of Harry Potter, Gilmore Girls, and DC Heroes and Supervillians. The friendly workers then lead you to a room where you get a brief introduction of the tour and then you get in a short line to wait for a tour bus and your tour Guide. The tour is one hour before you get released to go see the real sets of Gilmore Girls, DC Super Villains and Heroes, and Friends. First, the tour bus goes around the behind the scenes sets of the productions where it shows you where some of the scenes are made from. Some of the sets are really old so it’s a historic experience to get to see them before some get replaced for newer and better quality buildings. The tour bus then drives to the departments of costumes and construction that gets made for television shows. Next, they show the workshops where they build the sets. The tour guides took us through all the backlot areas of Warner Brother productions. We then got out of the tour bus to go look at a coffee shop from the show “All American.” Finally, for the last 30 minutes the tour bus drives around different streets where televisions took place like the famous “New York St,” and they show the many sound stages from “Abbott elementary.”
The tour of the behind the scenes sets ended and they released the customers to explore the sets of Friends and Gilmore Girls. They let us have as much time to see everything as possible. First when I walked into the Friends set I saw the famous couch from the show and the kitchen. After I took a lot of pictures, I walked to Gilmore Girls Town and first went to Loreali’s House which was the first thing you see and got to see her famous jeep car outside and I saw the inside as well which had her kitchen, Rory’s room, and living room. Next I walked over to the Dragonfly Inn to look at the inside where we saw Sookie’s kitchen and the dining area. The Inn offered some food like a sandwich stack and a desert stack where it included some fresh scones, small cakes, and cookies. Then I walked over to Kim’s Antiques and walked in to see the furniture and Lanes room. Next, I walked over to the main part of the town where the Gazebo is and the High School Rory went to. Finally, I walked over to Luke’s Diner, Al’S Pancake World, and Doozies Market. Luke’s Diner had so many realistic decorations like the mini tables and kitchen and the workers wearing flannel shirts and backwards hats were serving fresh hot coffee and donuts. AL’S pancake world was serving authentic chinese food like noodles and wontons. Doozies market had sandwiches, soda, bread, and fruit cups like the real market in the show which can be purchased.

Overall, the Warner Bros Studio Tour is such a wonderful experience and it’s so worth going. It’s a great way to see how your favorite television shows are made and how it’s like walking into a real television show. It’s such a wonderful way to make memories with family or friends and it’s an opportunity to take a lot of memorable pictures.
