On January 20th, 2025 Donald J. Trump was inaugurated as the President of the United States of America after winning the popular vote 49.8%-48.3%, and the electoral vote 312-226. The point of this article isn’t to address the failures of the Democrats during the election, that’s for another day. This article is to address the absolute disaster-class known as the 47th Presidential Inauguration.
Starting off, let’s do a rundown of our guest list:
Logan Paul, former hypebeast influencer who organized a large crypto scam, and admitted to having it be run by criminals. He’s also known for Lunchly, a cash grab designed to manipulate children into buying.

Sam Altman, Founder and CEO of OpenAI, producer of ChatGPT.

Let’s cut the BS, Elon Musk hailed a slightly modified Nazi Salute, this is where our quote-of-the-day from earlier comes in.

People are grasping at straws to defend Musk’s Actions, and it hasn’t necessarily fallen on deaf ears. People are spewing rhetoric claiming that his salute was a Roman Salute, there are three main defenses to this argument
First, the Roman Salute is not even affiliated with the Romans, there is a lack of evidence that the Salute derived from Romans.
Second, even if his intent was to Roman Salute, he should know better and understand that it’s affiliated with Nazi’s, it’s been documented he’s visited Auschwitz, and has an understanding of Nazi rhetoric

It’s frankly inexcusable to paint this in a positive or even neutral light. Keep in mind that Elon Musk participated in a German Far-Right Political Rally very recently. AfD is a German political party that promotes Anti-Muslim sentiment and German National Conservatism.
Donald J. Trump did not swear on the Bible during his Inauguration
As has been popular tradition for hundreds of years, the large majority of presidents being sworn in have taken their Oath of Office on the bible. There have been only three presidents before this inauguration that did not swear on the bible. Thomas Jefferson, Calvin Coolidge, and Theodore Roosevelt. A lot of speculative worry has been brought upon this. There’s plausible deniability if he meant negative intent with this, however it’s good to keep in mind.
Donald J Trump signed a handful of Executive Orders that undid years of progress after the Inauguration, and then proceeded to throw pens into the crowd like a Youth Pastor
Shortly after his Inauguration, President Trump signed a plethora of Executive Orders that undid years of progress done by the Biden Administration, and even before that. The list (abridged) goes as follows.
Ending Birthright in the United States – This order no longer grants citizenship to people born in the United States, unless their parents are citizens too. This is unconstitutional, and was overridden by a Judge shortly after.
Withdrawing from the Paris Climate Agreement – This order withdrew the United States from a Treaty in which regulations and goals were set to protect the Climate, this had over 196 signatories.
Pardoning the January 6ers – Donald Trump pardoned many people who stormed the Capitol on January 6th, These people trespassed, vandalized and broke numerous other laws and were ultimately pardoned.
Everyones a girl now! – Donald Trump also signed an executive order stating that “Male means a person belonging, at contraception, to the sex that produces the small reproductive cell”. However, all humans are Female at conception, and then may become male later on during pregnancy.
American Democracy is currently being jeopardized. America as a whole is in nothing short of a dark state. With Partisanship at an all time high, Our Union must go on.
