Chronic Taco is a taco shop that was originally established in 2002. The first restaurant was located in Newport Beach, California. They used their Southern Californian roots to create a mix of unique, deliciously flavored food. Chronic Tacos is a very fine establishment, with wonderful service and appetizing food.
When you first walk into the building it appears as a modern, clean, and comfortable setting. They have red booths, higher sat tables with taller stools, as well as simple tables; all the seating is comfortable. There are plenty of different variations of pictures on the walls this makes the restaurant have a much more unique presence. Their menu is displayed on the wall behind their food, this displays their many options in a spunky way.
Not only is their establishment clean and nicely decorated but the service never fails to meet my expectations. Their workers are nice and very welcoming, and they always greet you with a smile. When serving the food they give good portions and keep the entire process very clean. Overall they have very good customer service.
This taco shop does not only carry tacos but they also have things like burritos, quesadillas, taquitos, bowls, nachos, and chronic fries. All these options have their own delicious flavor; however, my personal favorite has to be the chicken taquitos w/melted cheese on top and a side of Spanish rice. This is a delightful simple and quick meal, that is easy to enjoy and hard to get wrong. I have also heard plenty of positive reviews about their taco plate and burrito bowls; many say they are flavorful and have a strong mix of flavor that all blend together extremely well. Jorja Payne said, “[her] tacos were delicious” and were “filling, tasty, and overall very enjoyable”. They also serve churro bites & caramel to finish off a perfect meal.
Not only do they have their in person location but they also cater and have a taco truck. They offer lots of different packs of their food that can be delivered either at a location or to your house. There are many things such as taco bars and burrito boxes. Something such as a taco bar would include: a choice of two proteins, choice or tortillas, choice of rice and beans and toppings are all included.
In all, Chronic Taco is a delicious restaurant that everyone and their family should visit. Their food is tasty and filling and that’s not even close to everything! The service is particularly amazing and is sure to keep smiles on your faces! Come visit their Santa Clarita location after school or even on the weekend.
