It’s the hockey season! The LA Kings are back on a pretty decent roll this year. This season so far they are standing in 3rd place in the Pacific Division in the Western Conference. Kopitar, Doughty, and Kempe have been better than ever. Having such a strong defense has been definitely saving them. Now, getting into the games.
Starting this year so far the Kings have won a total of 6 games. Home being 15-3-1 and Away being 12-15-5. Total PTS being 60 so far and GP being 50.
Playing the Devils on the 1st, Kings won 3-0. January 4th Kings won once again against Lightning 2-1. January 10th was a Final/OT beating the Jets 2-1. The first loss took place January 11th against the Flames with a close score of 1-2. Another loss taken place on the 13th with another tight score of 0-1 against the Oilers. On the 16th, The Kings came with a redemption score of 5-1 with the Canucks. Another rough game on the 18th with a loss of 2-4 from Kraken. Playing the Blue Jackets on the 25th, came with yet another loss of 2-3. Red Wings won 5-2 on the 27th. Another loss taken place on the 29th against the Panthers. Lightning coming back for redemption on the 30th won 3-0. Kings winning 4-2 against the Hurricanes. On February 5th, Kings won 6-3! A final/SO game took place on the 7th, Kings winning once again 4-2.

Question 1: Have you been keeping up with this season so far?
~ “I have been and I’ve been loving it so far. I missed Hockey season so its very exciting to be back.”
Question 2: Do you plan on seeing any of the games in person?
~ “I do actually. I’m going to see them sometime in March with my dad and brother and I’m very excited to see them play in person.”
Question 3: Who’s your favorite player and why?
~ “My favorite player left the team but it was Quick. My mom and dad loved him and I’m glad he’s still playing at a high level, but we’ll always miss him on the Kings.”
Question 4: Who’s your favorite team to see play against The Kings?
~ “I love seeing the Ducks play against the Kings. It gets super competitive and it’s so entertaining to watch. Like both teams from California? It’s just so fun to watch. I love watching them.”
Question 5: How long have you been a fan of The Kings?
~ “I mean my parents have loved hockey forever and I kind of followed them when I was born. They took me to games when I was younger and it still stuck with me to this day. So king of my whole life.”
