Police are looking for a male suspect to the assaults of two ladies in Venice over the course of the end of the week. They say that the assaults occurred in the Venice Canal community group on Saturday, April 6, leaving the two ladies unconscious at the scene, as per the Los Angeles Police Office. The main episode occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of Strongs Drive, when the obscure suspect moved toward a lady strolling nearby from behind and hit her over the head with a hard item, taking her out.
About an hour after the fact, the second female was attacked in a “Similar fashion” as per police. This attack occurred as she was strolling close to the Sherman Channel. “Both victims sustained significant injuries,” the assertion said. Neighbors living close by found the second female unconscious, and reached police, who showed up on scene and started the examination.
Police noticed that the suspect abandoned some evidence while escaping from the area. They have depicted him as a man with “medium to brown complexion” that stands between 5-feet, 10-inches tall and 6-feet tall. He is accepted to weigh somewhere in the range of 180 and 200 pounds with short hair that “seems, by all accounts, to be managed around the ears.”
Los Angeles City Council member Traci Park gave a statement following the fresh insight about the assaults. “I am horrified and furious to learn of those violent and abhorrent assaults on two women in Venice over the weekend,” her statement said. “As your councilwoman, and as a resident of this community, I am calling on LAPD to devote every resource necessary to investigate these cries.,” her assertion said. She says that she is as of now working with policing to ensure that the suspect is captured and indicted.
